Hand checkered duck call made from Ebony. The call features 4 checkered main panels, two wider panels that have French style skip line checkering, and two narrower panels that feature traditional 20 lines per inch checkering. Between each panel, is a checkered diamond panel.

Brian Byers is a callmaker & collector that grew up in Kansas, but has lived in Illinois the past 20 years. He started entering duck calls at the NWTF Grand Nationals in 2013. Brian was inducted to the NWTF Waterfowl Call Making Hall of Fame in 2024.
