Jeff D’Agostino, Call Maker & Artist “The Art of The Call” From design and build, to tuning and artwork, the ”The Art of The Call” shines through every phase of the process as Jeff hand-crafts quality original, heirloom pieces. Special locations and moments in time spawn inspiration for each custom piece which drives a dynamic build and design phase where the call begins to come to life. The tuning phase of his process is laser focused on yielding the best turkey voice for each call. The artwork completes the story drawn from his initial inspiration. Jeff has been around turkey hunting and call making for most of his adult life. Formerly a Health Care Administrator; NWTF WV State Chapter President, and Primos Pro Staffer, he is currently retired enjoying his free time call making and drawing. Since the late 1980’s, he has been making wingbone, river cane, and Jordan style yelpers. Each of D’Agostino’s pieces are signed and numbered, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and a personal, hand written letter from him describing the call, its voice and information about the materials used. Jeff and Renee have been married for 39 years. They are blessed with a daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter and a son and daughter-in-law. Jeff earned his BSBA degree, and MBA from West Virginia University; where he also played baseball for WVU. He is a husband, father, & grandfather first…he is also a custom turkey call maker, accomplished wildlife artist, avid outdoorsman, wildlife enthusiast & naturalist.
