A Mallard Hen relaxing on her nest behind some cattails protecting her eggs. The actual call is hidden inside her tail feathers.
*Mallard made of Basswood and Poplar. Call consists of Spalted Tamarind wood and a Black Acrylic Sound board. This is a beautiful piece of art for the Duck lovers out there.

Clayborn Dotson is a self taught artist from Williamson WV. He started entering his custom Turkey calls into the NWTF Community in 2006 in Nashville TN and Williamson WV, which he won several awards including Best of Show, 1st, 2nd and 3rd. He’s been making custom calls for over 20years! When he’s not spending time with family he will be hunting, drawing, painting, or just being creative. Loves riding his side by side while enjoying nature in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. You will not meet a more down to earth, respectful, and talented person. Thank You!
